Cultural show held on Grand Bahama island in July 2009
Local tradition is to hold so-called fish-fry every Wednesday. The local families drive to the seaside eateries and fry fish and seafood. As it is
very (let me stress it again -
very!) authentic thing it looks pretty much like this:

Next day there was a cultural show held on the main square. It started with fire show:
